The
C.O.P.S. Property Tax Collection system was developed by Tax Collectors
for Tax Collectors. The system was born out of the need to automate
the process of Delinquent Property Tax Collection. |

C.O.P.S
is a web based application that can be used with any internet browser.
The system provides you with the ability to print your Certified
Mail Forms and Legal
Notices in minutes - just click and print. The information
relating to the delinquent properties you are collecting taxes on
can be data entered or imported using data from your in house computer
systems. |

on the Register link to the left to begin using the system. After
completing your Registration, the system will automatically log
you in. You can then demo the system by entering File Number "CITY
DEMO FILE" or "COUNTY
DEMO FILE" in the File Number field. These
are sample files that are fully populated with information. Navigate
from pages 1 to 5 and click on the Print
Certified Mail Form buttons or Print
Legal Notice buttons on each page to produce the
documents. |

Sign

You can then use C.O.P.S. to produce real Legal

To refill your account, simply click on the Deposit Funds link on
the Member Information screen. You can deposit funds in denominations
of $100, $500, $1,000, and $10,000. |
